Moodle, the world’s most widespread learning management system, has been installed and configured in cluster architecture and integrated with Adobe Connect on-premise server so that more than 1 million members of the Union can receive training within the scope of the EU-supported KUYAP project. The related employees of the institution were given training courses on the learning management system and e-Learning content development tools. In addition, within the scope of another EU project, a SCORM-based content development study was conducted for the training of master instructors who train apprentices.
