We worked together during the establishment of the university’s distance education department. An analysis study was made about the training structure, and an Adobe Connect Hosted implementation proposal was presented. Following the acceptance of the offer, licensing, installation, integration, and training services were carried out. In the following years, Moodle implementation was carried out in line with the university’s learning management system needs. During the pandemic period, the customized implementation of BigBlueButton, which was clustered over the Amazon WS server infrastructure, was offered to the institution as an additional service.
